For timely and accurate processing, all Cores must be returned complete, in original packaging within 90 days, with the original invoice.  Failure to return the core under these conditions may result in a denial of credit. Cores must be in rebuildable condition for full credit. Otherwise partial or no credit will be given. NOTE: To expedite the return and processing of compressor cores, we recommend that you purchase a UPS Authorized Return Service tag.

Warranty Returns

All product returns must have a Hodyon issued RGA number.  Failure to return products with a Hodyon issued RGA number will result in denial of credit.

Compressor Warranty is VOID unless Drier/Accumulator/ and Orfice Tube/Expansion Valve are replaced and System flushed with approved solvent.  Also, all work must be done by a licensed A/C technician.
